Industry snapshot
- Current trends within the fitness industry?

The fitness industry is currently going through a 2nd Boom, with the massive growth of the group fitness and outdoor training sector. Here are a few industry trends that we discuss with our students:
Boot camps-
Training outdoors with a group of people has never been so popular. Operating a PT business in this space is becoming highly lucrative for Personal Trainers.
Paleo lifestlye-
Whether your a believer or a doubter, we recommend you do your homework before you open your mouth. As there are many benefits and negatives that can be experienced through adapting the Paleo Lifestyle.
Crossfit-
One of the fastest growing Fitness industry businesses across the world, there is a reason why it is so addictive. Which is why we run a crash course with one of our Crossfit guest lecturers
